Each project we undertake starts with an immersion meeting to discuss what the personality or entrepreneurial brand owner would like to achieve. This contextually relevant meeting is typically conducted intimately one-on-one with our founder and CEO Anne McKevitt. On occasion clients like to include wider team members from the start including C-Suite managers, agents or personality representatives. Some clients are fully in tune with what they’d like to achieve with their brand but lack the clarity of a strategic roadmap and cohesion between their teams. However more frequently we find that personalities and entrepreneurs along with their wider team members underestimate what is potentially achievable. We dive right in to identify the potential.
ASSESSMENT - PHASE 2
The in depth MDPC Global topography assessment focuses on every aspect of an established brand or new venture idea, reviews the brand’s landscape, marketplaces, key trends, influences, passions and purposes, audience connection and end result goals. We follow this with a brand DNA assessment that forensically digs into the history, past story and the current market for an established brand. Many brands we work with have already achieved meteoric rise with certain aspects of the business entity or of the personalities’ work life. From our topography and DNA findings we set a fresh brand course, fuelled by smart thinking and enriched by progressive and behaviour driven findings. We are renowned for being stand out alchemists and finding prospective new creative avenues of growth from every angle and potential platforms.
DIRECTION - PHASE 3
The third phase of the process is establishing the brand course and direction—giving a tantalising glimpse into the inspiring future ahead. This is followed by brand correction, realignment or a complete brand overhaul dependent on the project circumstances. We see this stage as a rebirth or birthing of the new brand concept, strategic direction and marketplace possibilities. It can at times disrupt the existing order by prioritising the positioning of the bolder, more driven foundations, from which the rest of the brand build will evolve.
BUILDING - PHASE 4
In this phase we guide the building out of the brand’s verticals. Most commonplace brand building is undertaken organically with a step-by-step approach that requires a long haul outcome. We at MDPC Global take a more radical approach through a multi-simultaneous methodology with concentrated timelines, to secure maximum results for all aspects of the brand evolution—achieved in minimum time frames with high-level momentum. This cannot be done with our guidance alone and requires the brand’s wider team to be fully on board with the master plan and to implement the strategy into reality.
ATTACHÉS
Very skilled individuals are required for building out a brand. As well as our highly attuned in house team, we guide the client’s own personnel and we open up our black book which features a wide range of specialist attaché third party providers, to realise particular channels and deliverables.
